HERE’S A GLIMPSE INTO THE PROJECTS:

• The projects aim to convey knowledge and information in an understandable and engaging manner using animation.
• The audience is diverse in nationality and skin color, primarily targeting markets in Europe and America.
• We embrace various art and video styles.

‍JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study and analyze the script
• Collaborate with the Art Director and content writer to develop suitable design directions for motion and transitions that align with the script and audience
• Bring ideas to life by creating the storyboard and animatic
• Design illustrations following the concept and storyboard
• Draft key animations, clean line, and add color in the animation process

CHALLENGES YOU WILL EXPLORE:

• Understand the culture and information consumption habits of your audience to design animations and movements that resonate.
• Continuously experiment with tools and techniques in motion design to diversify animation styles and optimize production time.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience in hand-drawn art or animation projects (solo or team-based).
• Strong drawing skills and experience using a Wacom tablet for digital art.
• A passion for animation, a playful approach to "movement," and a solid grasp of animation principles, including foundational design concepts.
• Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe Animate or Toonboom (or a quick learning ability for new tools).
• Flexibility with tools to create a variety of animation styles is a plus.
• A curiosity-driven mindset, open to feedback and sharing ideas.
• A positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
