  1. Your Daily Responsibilities:

Learning Design & Consultation:

  • Collaborate with project teams on the design and development of learning experiences.
  • Create & Structure informative content on learning design, course value proposition, and impact.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on learning design best practices across various industries.
  • Develop and deliver internal & external training sessions on learning design concepts and methodologies.

Improve & Measure In-house Performance:

  • Oversee and refine our internal onboarding program.
  • Develop a comprehensive internal communication plan to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Pilot and evaluate learning design strategies within the team to optimize the learning experience.
  • Manage reporting and planning systems for both learning development and internal communication initiatives.
  1. How to overcome the challenges:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are often acceptable, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Extremely organized.
  • Outstanding writing skills. Having skills in designing or editing videos is a plus.
  • Have a strong understanding of multimedia and communications platforms.
  • At least 1 year of experience within Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or Relevant. Agency or creative studio experience is a plus.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
  • Quick Learner: Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Human Management: Strong interpersonal and human management skills for effective internal communication.
