  1. Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning: Develop and lead marketing strategy to drive growth, increase brand awareness and market positioning across various industries (healthcare, corporate training, NGOs).
  • Inbound marketing (hiện là main focus): Continue optimizing our inbound marketing efforts (SEO, content, social media) to generate high-quality leads, sale requests and increase conversion rate throughout the buyer journey.
  • Outbound marketing: Expand into outbound marketing (email marketing, cold outreach) to create more diverse lead generation pipelines.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and more) to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Content strategy: Oversee the development of content and CTA across channels—blog posts, landing page, videos, case studies and more—to support brand storytelling and lead conversion.
  • Social media strategy: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, fb, instagram, and other relevant platforms with engaging posts and campaigns.
  • Performance metrics & reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across channels; optimize based on insights and data to ensure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and encouraging creative and strategic thinking.
  1. How to overcome the challenges:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing lead roles (B2B business prefer), with a proven track record of leading inbound marketing strategies. Experience in animation, e-learning, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with sales and business development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and strategies including SEO, social media and content marketing.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term marketing plans and tactical executions.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to optimize and improve marketing efforts.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh ideas to expand our marketing reach and engagement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling marketing content and messaging.
