Once we know what we want to learn, we think about who can best guide us. We choose hosts who bring unique strengths and expertise to the topic, giving them a chance to showcase and share their skills. This reflects our appreciation for each person’s talents and creates an environment where we all feel empowered to contribute.
Anyone, from any department, is always welcome to join our workshops. This openness is one of our favorite things about learning together.
