We love learning from each other. That is why we have "Sharing Knowledge" sessions like workshops and stand-up activities. For example, during the latest sharing, we explored why our visual choices matter. With the audience being pregnant women, we should use soft, organic visuals, which convey care and comfort effectively, and make them easier to absorb the info and message.

By sharing openly, we build stronger bonds across different departments, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable both learning and teaching.

Better Communication Through Internal Connections

Learning isn’t just about skills. It's about understanding each other and communicating better. Our internal communications (IC) initiatives make this happen. We write articles about our team's expertise, employee engagement, and team culture on our website - FAB News, as well as on our Facebook page. By sharing this knowledge openly, we help everyone stay informed, engaged, and connected.

After reading IC article, we realized when presenting different options to clients, we needed to improve how we communicate our recommendations. Instead of just offering choices, we worked on explaining why each option was valuable, and how it fit their needs.
