"When we share what we learn, we multiply what we know"
Why We Love Learning and Sharing
Learning helps us see things in new ways and become better problem-solvers. When we talk about what we're learning, we create a shared pool of knowledge that everyone can use. We have quick "daily reads" sessions, even just 10-15 minutes, reading something useful for work or just for fun. Then, we share the interesting bits with each other.
Making Learning a Daily Thing
We also encourage each other to keep learning outside of work. Some of us are on Duolingo, others might be taking online courses or reading books. We like to celebrate these efforts, because it all adds up to making us a smarter, more well-rounded team.
For example, Thao is always sharing interesting knowledge about new AI trends. And then there's others who's been crushing it on Duolingo, and it's inspiring to see our teammates expand their language skills.
It's All About Growing Together
We believe that by making learning and sharing a habit, we're all growing together. It creates a culture where we're always learning, helping each other out, and pushing each other to be better.
It's not just about getting better at our jobs, it's about being more curious, creative, and connected as a team. When we make these habits a regular part of our day, we all become smarter and more capable, both on our own and together.
