You do not need to bring anything to the interview. You will need to provide certain necessary documents after you pass the interview and are accepted into the company.

You do not need to take a test before the interview. When you attend the interview, you will be given a problem-solving test and asked to provide directions for handling a given example.
Can I shorten the probation period? Typically, the probation period is 2 months, but you can shorten it if you adapt to the job and learn the necessary skills faster than expected.
If you can perform your primary job well and have the ability and time management skills to handle additional tasks, then it is entirely possible. The company will consider assigning you more tasks and adjusting your salary and bonuses accordingly to match your capabilities.
